Dal Chini is truly a gem in Berlin! The food is authentic, flavorful, and perfectly spiced …..it reminded me of homemade Indian meals. The menu has a great variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. The cozy ambiance creates the perfect setting whether you’re here for a casual dinner or a special occasion. If you’re looking for real Indian flavors in Berlin, Dal Chini is a must-visit. WOW.. Found this place by accident and I'm so glad we did. This super restaurant, close to the S Bahn (S1) in Friedenau, Berlin, has super friendly staff, a great atmosphere and food to die for. Inside and outside eating available. The kitchen changed our order slightly to accommodate our daughter who has special dietary needs which was super helpful. Have a look at their menu online, then go in and try the food, I promise you, you will go back again. Only downside is accessibility for wheelchairs. There are 2 steps to get into the garden area and the toilets are not really accessible, but if you can manage to put aside these small set backs, the food is garrenteed to please. This is now our go to Indian Restaurant.

I initially ordered the food via Lieferando. Unfortunately, the order was canceled, which I only noticed at the restaurant. The waiter apologized and made me a tea. The tea was fantastic, really good. Black tea with milk and spices, heavenly. Thanks again. The waiter told me that they often have problems with the delivery service, which is bad for everyone involved. My recommendation: call, order, pick up, or just eat in the restaurant. The food was very delicious !
